Before You Apply

Yes. Ventra Wellness operates as a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) under federal Safe Harbor regulations. We negotiate contracts on behalf of member practices — we never purchase, handle, or distribute pharmaceutical products ourselves. All orders flow directly from licensed 503A compounding pharmacies to your practice.

Not necessarily. If your practice doesn’t have a prescriber on staff, we connect your patients through our telehealth physician network. A board-certified physician reviews patient intake and issues the prescription directly to the pharmacy. We built this specifically for practices that want to offer peptide services without the overhead of hiring a full-time medical director.

Three ways. First, pricing — our network volume gives you wholesale rates you can’t access as a single practice. Second, infrastructure — prescription routing, compliance documentation, and regulatory monitoring are all handled for you. Third, protection — as regulations shift, we update your formulary and documentation automatically. Going direct means managing all of that yourself.

This is exactly why the network exists. We monitor FDA bulk substances list changes continuously and notify all members immediately when anything in the formulary changes. We remove products that become non-compliant and add newly approved substances as they become available. Your practice stays clean without having to track regulatory changes yourself.

Most practices are onboarded within 48 hours of approval. We verify your credentials, set up your pharmacy account access, and provide all compliance documentation before your first order.
