3. Zero-PHI Architecture

Ventra Wellness maintains a zero-PHI (Protected Health Information) architecture. We do not collect, access, store, or transmit any patient health information. All patient data flows directly between your practice, the telehealth provider (Beluga Health), and the compounding pharmacy. Ventra is not involved in the clinical or prescription workflow and does not qualify as a HIPAA Business Associate.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your practice information with:

• Pharmacy partners — to facilitate your pharmacy account setup and ordering
• Telehealth partners — to enable prescriber access for your practice
• Service providers — third-party tools we use for email, CRM, and form processing (e.g., Formspree)
• Legal compliance — if required by law or to protect our rights

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, and referral sources. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
