We maintain a zero-PHI architecture, meaning patient data never enters any Ventra system. All member practices operate on a cash-pay model, keeping transactions outside federal insurance billing requirements. We do not compound, prescribe, dispense, or distribute. All products are dispensed by licensed pharmacies pursuant to valid patient-specific prescriptions.
